PGM Mining Corporation was incorporated on October 4, 2021, with the Incorporation number BC1326941. The Corporation has as its sole investment a subsidiary in the Republic of South Africa (“South Africa”) called K2015073261 (South Africa) Pty Ltd (“the Company”). The subsidiary is 100% owned.
This a South African formed company and incorporated in year 2015 under the Laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Company was incorporated for the purpose of identifying and evaluating mineral related projects. Registration number 2015/073261/07.

Our Purpose
The Corporation was incorporated for the purpose of identifying and evaluating mineral related projects, initially in South Africa.
This will be done through its subsidiary which is currently seeking to explore and develop a project referred to as the Benoni South Project.
The Project which is geologically located on the western flank of the East Rand Gold Basin of South Africa, which is world renowned for its gold production. At present, the Company has no operating revenue and is unlikely to generate any operating revenue unless, and until, the Project is successfully developed.

The Corporations Assets
The Corporation holds 100% of K2015073261 (South Africa) Pty Ltd.
The South African Company has two major assets:
The Environmental Authorisation has been granted, and the Company has received a prospecting license from the South African Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (“DMRE”). Reference GP 10448 PR.
The Company has acquired all the historical mining and exploration data of the Turnbridge and New Kleinfontein assets that are covered under the Prospecting right.
